BOTTOM LINE: EVERYONE NEEDS A GEARY DO IN THEIR LIFE FOR THEIR FIRST HOME PURCHASE
By chance, I found Geary, not through a referral, but through Zillow’s premier real estate network. I googled him and his bio really sealed the deal for me. Not only is Geary a bay area native, but he made sure to call-out his his various other interests like being involved in various environmental, LGBTQ+, and housing charities. This really resonated with me and even now, I feel like it was kismet.
From our first phone conversation, first showing and our many text messages exchanged, it’s evident that Geary is a wealth of knowledge and information about the bay area real estate market. He answered every single one of my questions and his responsiveness was incredible! Even when I apologized for texting him at 9pm, he refused to accept the apology and insisted that my partner and I, as first time home buyers, reach out with any and all questions. He really welcomed our questions and assuaged all our anxieties about buying our first home.
He showed us 20+ homes and we finally found THE house. Again, Geary prepared all the documents within a few hours and led us over the finish line. While in the negotiation phase, Geary actually helped us finalize the purchase while he was on vacation in Palm Springs. That’s what I call dedication!
Bottom line: Everyone needs a Geary Do in their life for their first home purchase. I’m so thankful and lucky we got to work with him on this huge milestone.

After months of feeling pressured and more lost/confused than ever about the home-buying process, we ended that relationship and started seriously researching and interviewing new potential...
